I fell off the earth tonight and into an infinite loop. I ended up under the game. Then it kicked me out of the game, so whenever i try to log back in, it never loads anything and then disconnects. Please help. Thanks!

If you're ever having issues, please send an email to treeswackyworld@gmail.com , it's the most direct and quickest way to get our help with anything. Please also tell us your steam-name in your messages, so we know whom to help. :)
Sounds like the game was just locked up while you were trying to play, this has been an ongoing issue since a16 was released. If you ever fall through the ground and cannot relog, we need only to reboot the server and everything will be righted.
The server is set to auto-reboot every three hours because of this issue, but feel free to email us anytime it's locked up and we can restart the server from our phones if need be.
Not sure if you ever got back into game, as I don't know your SteamName. If you continue having any troubles, please let us know.
